We are a team of 8 mortgage and protection advisers, an office manager and an administrator. No office pets but we do have a random ginger cat that loves to wait for us around the back of the office and walk us to our cars.
Between us we are Mums, Dads, Grandparents, Aunties, Uncles, Sister to 6 siblings and a Cousin to a famous Ski Jumper.
We are mortgage and protection advisers that care and between us have years of experience. We work individually but have a large team around us if we need to benefit from another adviser’s knowledge and experience. There are always new scenarios whether you are a first time buyer, looking to move house, or searching for a holiday let mortgage. Between us one of the advisers would have dealt with that exact situation or at least something similar.
The business was set up in 2006 and continues to grow each year mainly by word-of-mouth recommendations as we believe if we do a good job for you then not only will you come back, but you will also tell everyone how we helped you and how good we were. Interested in working with us? Get in contact.

The one thing we are not is a call centre. We are genuine, real people that want to help. We all love what we do and want to work with you throughout the life of your mortgage. We don’t just want to help you once; we want you to think of us every time you think Mortgage.
PROFESSIONAL TEAM
You can speak to us anytime you need to, you will never get an automated response and there is an easy to find ‘contact us’ button to speak to someone. You may get an out of office from time to time but that is because we are human.
Having a conversation with you, building that relationship and understanding your situation is what we want, you cannot do that in the same way through emails and a computer screen.
We listen and that is the most important part to finding the right solution for you.

Adam
Owner and Mortgage Adviser

Adam founded The Mortgage Centre Clevedon in 2006. Through hard work, determination and continuous recommendations, The Mortgage Centre is still growing and helping more and more people every year.
By self-admission, Adam would say he works too much because he loves what he does. He hates to let people down and loves finding a solution and getting the right outcome for a client.
To be told “you got us a mortgage when others told us we couldn’t” is one of the best testimonials you can receive.

Sam
Mortgage and Protection Adviser

Sam has been working in Financial Services since graduating from university in 2013.
Since joining The Mortgage Centre in 2017, Sam has been extremely committed to providing his ever-increasing number of clients the best possible service. This can be evidenced by the number of recommendations he receives.
Interesting Fact – Sam climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in 2017, raising money for the Great Western Air Ambulance Charity.
Country I would most like to visit – New Zealand and anywhere in South America.
Lynda
Mortgage Adviser

Lynda is an enthusiastic, motivated and highly experienced mortgage adviser with over 30 years in the financial industry with NatWest, Which? and most recently, Bank of Ireland. She is passionate about providing a personalised service to her clients.
Lynda has lived in Clevedon for the last 35 years, has an excellent knowledge of the local and surrounding areas, as well as building several relationships within the community.

Interesting Fact – Lynda is part of the local theatre society and can be seen either on stage or in the ‘Directors’ chair.

Alice has been working in Financial Services since 2015 and joined The Mortgage Centre in 2017 as a Protection Specialist. Alice is passionate about her job and takes great care in ensuring all clients have the right level of protection for their Mortgage and their family.

Emmy has over 20 years’ experience in Financial Services, she has been with The Mortgage Centre since 2016, previously as the Admin Manager for the office. Emmy loves people and will do everything she can to ensure she gets the right result for her clients.

Elyse has worked in the Mortgage and Protection industry since 2016 having started as an Administrator and progressing to an Adviser.

Case Manager

Sophia joined The Mortgage Centre 3 years ago while studying for her Business Admin NVQ. This led to her being offered a permanent position. She has recently been promoted to Case Manager.
Outside of work Sophia enjoys going to the gym, eating out, drinking cocktails and spending time with friends/family.

Meg is a proud mum of two and lives with her husband in Weston-Super-Mare.
She’s worked in the financial industry since 2005 and has been advising on mortgages and protection since 2008.
Outside of work she loves to sing, read and spend time with her family & friends.
Olivia
